A: While we can’t give you an exact ETA, since there are plenty of factors, including the physical size of the web files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will give our best to migrate your website within 48 hours, and in some cases – within 24 hours (if the website content is not very large).

A: We don’t collect any sensitive data. We will need, however, the login info for your old web hosting account and the name of the website that you want to move.

A: Before we can begin the transfer of your web hosting account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to disclose literally the same information you have given to your present host. We’ve also got an extremely strict Privacy Policy, which specifies how delicate data is handled.

A: Nope. Your web site will continue to be completely operational during the migration. As soon as everything is done on our end, we’ll inform you so that you can preview it and check for problems. If everything’s OK, all you will need to do is edit your domain’s DNS resource records.
